Meet the Group

The Renaissance Group was grew out of a fresh approach to real estate: to provide the services of a unified and knowledgeable real estate team. Jennifer Perkins, after being trained by a Top Producer in the Triangle area, has come together with Angie Bagley and Alicia Rabil to create a team ready to serve their clients. Together, the team provides clients expert representation, superior market knowledge and technological savvy!

Jennifer Perkins was born and raised in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and has real estate in her blood. After earning her degree at the University of North Carolina (Go Tarheels!) she joined her father in real estate sales at the coast. Jennifer ventured back to Raleigh to pave her own way and continue to experience the lifestyle that the Triangle area offers.

Her commitment and dedication to her clients is exemplary. She has attained the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) Designation and is currently pursuing the title of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Jennifer's goal is to educate her clients to the Triangle marketplace and make sure their investment is a wise one.
